POSITION 1: FUNDRAISING & SPONSORSHIP COORDINATOR (1)
REPORTING TO: PROGRAMMES & FUNDRAISING MANAGER
CONTRACT: 4 YEARS
Role Overview: To develop and implement AAU’s Fundraising Strategy and deliver AAU’s specific fundraising Programmes relating to individual donors, major donors,
grants and philanthropic foundations and corporate giving.
The role also coordinates the development of national sponsorship products, the acquisition and retention of supporters from Uganda; planning and coordinating
sponsorship activities between AAU and funding affiliates to maintain international supporter links to resource strategic commitments in line with the fundraising strategy
Personal Specifications:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Business Administration, Mass Communication or any other related discipline from a recognized institution
• A postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, Project Planning, Fundraising
