Office Secretary





Job purpose
Ensure proper field office management by performing all secretarial, petty cash management and logistical duties.

Key qualification
• A secretarial qualification is preferred but the experience will be considered.

Experience required
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position Excellent knowledge and experience in secretarial duties, basic accounting skills desirable
• Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office application
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills, well-organized and experience in office management an advantage
