MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Responsible for maintaining all properties and premises of Pride and carry out all necessary repairs and maintenance work.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain Pride’s premises in line with the business needs.
2. Verify that all premises have tenancy agreements and foster good relationships with landlords for
all Pride’s premises.
3. Proper Maintenance of office equipment.
4. Monitor performance of service providers.
5 Ensure the availability of adequate space for work.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building & Construction or any other related field.
• Post Graduate Diploma in A post graduate diploma in project management OR construction management from a recognized institution.
• Accreditation as a Facility Management Professional is an added advantage (desirable).
• Two Principal passes at A ‘Level.
• Credits in Mathematics and English at O’ Level.
Experience:
At least three years’ experience in building and infrastructure systems, tools, equipment maintenance and repairs and managing/supervising contracts.
