Location Programme Director

This is a position similar to a Programme Manager (based at Fort Portal location). While reporting to National Director, he/she will provide strategic leadership to Alternative Care (Family-Like Care, Youth Care), Family Strengthening Programmes (FSP), Youth Development, advocacy, institutional partnership development and emergency response programmes by ensuring the organisation delivers on its strategic goals to work with the most vulnerable children and families. Will work collaboratively with the Head of Programmes and National Office Heads of Departments, to harmonize programmes at the location including Family-like Care and Family Strengthening Programmes in order to achieve the highest level of quality service delivery. As a member of the National Management Team, the PD will provide valuable input in to SOS Children’s Villages Uganda strategy and attainment of objectives attainment.
