Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining all properties and premises of Pride and carry out all necessary repairs and maintenance work.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain Pride’s premises in line with the business
- Verify that all premises have tenancy agreements and foster good relationships with landlords for all Pride’s
- Proper Maintenance of office
- Monitor performance of service
- Ensure the availability of adequate space for
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building & Construction or any other related
- Post Graduate Diploma in A post graduate diploma in project management OR construction management from a recognized
- Accreditation as a Facility Management Professional is an added advantage (desirable).
- Two Principal passes at A ‘Level.
- Credits in Mathematics and English at O’
- At least three years’ experience in building and infrastructure systems, tools, equipment maintenance and repairs and managing/supervising
