Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling Production confirmation on a daily basis.
- In charge of preparing material reservation on a daily basis.
- Handling maintenance module for preventive as well as breakdown.
- Generating Overall Equipment Efficiency data and other plant side data.
- Preparing stock reconciliation on a daily basis.
- In charge of compiling and filling copies of the necessary documents.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Business Unit Manager from time to ensure continuous flow of work.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in information technology or any other business-related discipline.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Process is an added advantage.
- One year of working experience in a similar role in a large company
- Result Oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Records management skills, and knowledge of computer packages, professional skills and good behavioral competences
