Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Support and manage administrative formalities like insurance, commission issues, service issues, organize meetings, manage BTL logistics and stores, calling Non-selling DSRs, sending communications on business updates and promos to the field teams.
• Key Responsibilities
• DSR On-boarding; screening and registering new DSRs on system.
• Stock management by monitoring stocks under DSRs to reduce stock losses by suspending DSRs on system and follow up with Insurance/Fraud team on lost stock until compensation/closure.
• Handling field escalations (FSM/DSR commission complaints, Commission number change) until resolved.
• Suspensions of DSRs to improve on DSRs’ Quality of Sales.
• Closure of Inactive DSRs on system.
• Sending communication to the field teams on company updates and promos.
• BTL stores and inventory management.
• Coordinate and manage DSR health insurance.
• Approving DSR demo phones for activation.
• Others: take on other duties and tasks as directed by the line manager

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Diploma in any related field
• Proficient communication skills & Stakeholder management
• Computer Literacy is a must.
• Self-Motivated.
