COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED, and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), Infield Flow Lines, water Intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for organizing the construction budget of the project；
• Responsible for project completion settlement, contract cost planning and control；
• Analyze monthly report data and develop control measures；

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering cost, engineering management
• Three years of working experience in oil and gas industry
• Understanding of petroleum introduction, engineering cost
• Familiar with computer, office software, graphic calculation, valuation software;
• Good at teamwork and hard working.
