DW Logistic & Material Technician in Bulisa SeaOwl Group

The DW DW Logistic & Material Technician is responsible to :
• Materiel Logistics
o Verify the readiness of contractors and their equipment required for the performance of the operations, as well as ensuring all non-required equipment is backloaded, under the direction of the DCSSV.
o Ensure with DCSSV that all required equipment for next operations and unrequired backloads are in the 3 week lookahead planning to ensure continuous optimized operations.
o Liaises with Senior material man at the base, all third-party vendors and Well Engineering team for the future operations equipment lists consolidation
o Draft and issue materiel Work Orders to the drilling services contractors
o Ensure received Equipment are as per manifest, backload manifests are properly filled, and trucks are released in time.
o Ensures all material records are kept and reconciliation of all material usage is done
o Keep an up-to-date inventory of rig site materiel stock
o Liaise with the Rig Contractor and Logistics department to ensure all the Rig move logistics means are received on time
• Personnel Logistics
o Coordinate and arrange personnel transportation on/off rig.
o Ensure correct POB is updated at all times 24/7 not to overshoot the maximum POB, and to liaise POB forecast with DCSSV for 3 week lookahead planning.
o Ensures all drilling services contractors resources are provided in accordance with the relevant Work Order

Accountabilities
• Supports material and inventory management system
• Maintains material and assets control register.
• Ensures full material reconciliations are carried out on each well and are completed prior to moving to the next well, including EAM reporting.
• Maintains detailed registers of all rental and consignment stock
• Manages all drilling and wells materials receipts and dispatches
• Track incoming shipments of materials
• Ensures the relevant logistics requests are issued in a timely manner for the logistics resources required for drilling and completions works, including drafting and issuing the requests if required.

Qualifications/Experience required
The Service Provider must have the following qualifications:
• Diploma or degree qualified in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
• High proficiency with IT and industry software including MS Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of Wellview.
• Up to date with necessary HSE trainings
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role supporting Wells operations or at least 1 year as drilling/ completion supervisor.
• Experience of SAP is preferred
• Fluent in English
