Sales and Marketing Manager Master Grain Milling Ltd

Responsible for representing the company’s brand to the outside world. To plan and implement sales and marketing programs targeted towards existing and new markets.

Job description
• Oversee day to day sales, monitoring and forecasting to better understand the market;
• Identify trends and determine system improvements to achieve marketing and sales goals;
• Prepare annual budget to meet marketing and sales financial goals;
• Stay up-to date on current market trends;
• Research on the different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability;
• Gather, investigate and summarize data and trends to provide accurate information through reports;
• Work with marketing team to evaluate and innovatively build new channels for distribution of the company’s products ;
• Build the team, motivate and inspire them;
• Set precedent for excellence through leading by example;
• Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value.

Job Specifications
• The candidate MUST have at least a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and other related fields from a recognised university.
• At least 5 years work experience in a similar position in a medium or large organization.
• Post graduate qualification in marketing would be an added advantage.
