Mobile Wallet Solutions Manager PostBank

Responsible for building wallet use case propositions and managing Mobile wallet platforms to offer Payment solutions. Develop new mobile wallet initiatives and creating Wallet Customer Value proposition for the bank for Mass market acquisition.

Key Responsibilities /Key Deliverables
• Manage the Mobile wallet solutions lifecycle from conceptualization to rollout and operational management.
Provide overall direction for Financial Services by analysing changes in the competitive landscape, analysing trends, costs, forecasts and implementing them into the business plan.
• Ensure all Mobile wallet solutions have optimized architectures and are well documented.
• Ensure proper change request management for all solutions and services changes on the mobile wallet.
• Perform business analysis (both technical and non-technical) for all new Mobile Wallet services and solutions.
Perform Mobile wallet product configurations and changes.
• Monitor and evaluate the products & services roll out.
• Responsible for mobile wallet product design and implementation.
• Responsible for process improvements and documentation.
• Responsible for research and innovation for Mobile wallet services and solutions.
Responsible for the regular reporting as will be determined from time to time
• Ensure that Mobile solutions products and services of the highest quality are put on the market as early as possible
• Liaise and support the technical team to manage the platform performance, upgrades and other modifications
• Ensure the development of Mobile Solutions Services in general follows a strategic growth plan, with the provision of a clear direction and structure

Education and Training
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Computing, Business Administration or any other related field
• Post graduate education or professional certifications in related field is an added advantage.

Skills and Experience
• 5 years’ experience in the area of Payment solutions
• At least 2 years’ experience in a management role in mobile financial services, FinTech or Financial Institutions.
• Experience in product development, project management, technical business analysis or technology applications management is an added advantage.

Business behaviors
• Comprehensive knowledge of payment ecosystem / Product development, roll out and product performance management
Ability to develop comprehensive and detailed business case to drive the business and motivate proper budget allocation
• Ability to establish policies, priorities to manage and evaluate projects.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of sales, good communication and people skills, understanding of the market.
• Ability to demonstrate positive image and role model PBU’s values and leadership behaviours.
• A sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company’s success
• Must be a person of impeccable integrity.
