Core Duties & Responsibilities.
1. The project Director shall be the team leader of the project staff. He/she is expected to offer knowledge, guidance, and technical skills to children, child development committees, church, parents, and fellow project workers in areas of spiritual development, project planning, and budgeting, comprehensive health care, social development, and academic advancement.
2. He/ she is to ensure that all programmatic, financial, and sponsor service aspects of the project are managed efficiently and effectively.
3. The Project Director acts as the accounting officer for all Project funds, ensuring that all funds are used for their intended purpose and in adherence to the set policies.
4. He/She supervises the implementation of the approved project plan and budget with monthly assessments done in conjunction with other stakeholders.
5. Submit monthly reports to the Overseer, the Child Development Committee, and other Partners as required.
Requirements
1. Must be a mature born-again Christian with proven integrity and passion for child ministry.
2. Bachelor’s degree holder of Bachelor in Social Works, Education, Business Administration, Development Studies, or in a related field
3. 3 years’ minimum experience in working with children
4. MUST have knowledge in computer skills, project management
