QUALIFICATION
• Minimum requirement: Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences or Industrial Psychology.
• Added advantage: Other trainings and certification related to Performance management, Learning and Development.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum requirement: 4-year experience in Learning & Development in a busy organisation.
