Become a Data Engineer (m/f/x) at comstruct and closely collaborate with our CTO (Dominik Brosch) to develop the Comstruct data platform. As a Data Engineer at our ConTech SaaS startup, you will be responsible for building integrations to material suppliers and contractor ERP Systems. You will work from our office in Kampala, Uganda and be part of a fast-paced and innovative team.
•Connect to different APIs and transform data

Your Profile
You have a proven track record of developing and shipping tech products at speed and scale, e.g. as a Software Engineer (m/f/x) or Data Engineer (m/f/x). On top of that, you have gained experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• 2+ years of work experience
• Based in Kampala (Uganda)
• Strong experience in data engineering
• Proficient in Python
• Experience in Web scraping/ Browser automation
• Experience in data transformation
• Initial experience in working with Cloud services, especially GCP
• Hands-on mindset in bringing code from development to production
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
