Job Summary: The Finance & Insurance (F&I) Executive is responsible to drive our business growth and success in the B2C and Corporate sectors by leveraging on vehicle asset financing solutions for brand new vehicles. Primarily, the incumbent in the role will be expected to professionally assist car buyers choose financing and insurance options to ease vehicle acquisition, negotiate and close deals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. To succeed in the role, you need to be able to build and maintain networks, forge meaningful and lasting relationships with commercial bank and insurance partners while anticipating and adapting to B2C and Corporate vehicle acquisition requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To professionally handle vehicle asset financing and insurance needs of a customer when acquiring a new vehicle
- Support the sales team in qualifying and following up sales prospects / opportunities for vehicle lease financing.
- Advise and support customers in securing financing from their commercial bank.
- Where applicable, assist customers in their loan application process and follow up with the corresponding bank on their behalf, while providing regular feedback to customers and the sales team
- Follow up on payments from banks within contractually agreed timelines.
- Constantly seek to negotiate the best conditions with all banks.
- Support the sales team in promoting and securing car financing plans with private or public organizations.
- Training and providing the sales team with information on lease and finance programs.
- Where applicable, propose auto insurance to customers.
- Maintaining positive relationships with credible, regulated lending institutions, and insurance providers
- Leverage on available training to deliver a competent and enthusiastic presentation on all CFAO mobility solutions and our unique value proposition to the customer.
- Remain current on automotive industry trends, consumer shifts, and the impact of the macro environment.
