Stanfield Commodities Exchange Ltd is Agritech startup that specialize in the Development & Operation of E-Marketplace for selling food to consumers. The e-commerce platform help reduce food insecurity by making food cheaper and more available for consumption .The e-commerce platform also ensures convenient purchase of food by clients by allowing them to buy food items when and where it suits them, via a payment method that suits them. We are currently working with more than 2,000 farmers in sourcing food produce for online sale to corporates. The company also specialize in coffee value addition and in the manufacturing and sale of innovative powdered pure Arabica coffee product/brand called “Mandela Coffee(Website Link of Stanfield Commodities Exchange Ltd:https://lnkd.in/dr9KVrin ).

About the Role:
The Sales representatives will be responsible for presenting and selling “Mandela Coffee” to organizations, businesses or government agencies. He or she will contact potential buyers, present the coffee to clients, answer questions and discuss pricing.

Responsibilities
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback

Qualifications
• At least 2 years work experience as a Sales Representative/sales agent
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

Note that successful candidates will be required to travel to our head office in Kampala for a one-week Induction and training at their own cost and thereafter deployed immediately. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
