Job Title: Equipment Inspector

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Tools and equipment, machinery are inspected at regular intervals that’s daily pre-use inspections and periodic inspections.
- Ensure that they are maintained and are in safe working conditions as specified by the manufacturer and in relation to the OSHA standards
Establish lock-out / tagout procedures that meet the OSHA standards;
Ensure that all equipment are always inspected assembled in the right place - Ensure all tools and equipment meets Project Specifications, for example the
- Equipment should have valid applicable/required certificates for the intended purpose, legal requirement and OSHA standards.
Manufacturer’s safety manuals and instructions are retained and made available to equipment Users. - Ensure that Valid inspection certificates and inspection stickers are provided at cabin if required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is usually required. Additional technical education or certification related to the field may be preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical components, and technical specifications of devices is essential. Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards is also important.
- Previous experience in equipment inspection or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects and issues accurately.
- Strong technical knowledge of the specific types of equipment being inspected.
