Student Community Manager StartHub Africa

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
• Be the lead person to support the StartHub Clubs across 10 universities to develop meaningful activities for their club members and student community.
• Support the student leadership team across the 10 universities in personal development
• Lead recruitment of student leaders and club members
• Organize bi-annual campus director and club retreats
• Develop guiding documents to standardize our operations at the clubs
• Organize events
• Conduct entrepreneurship trainings at the universities
• Analyse data

Skills and experience:
• Very social personality, in person and on social media
• Very good at connecting with people
• Strong at developing and bringing in new ideas
• Thrives at taking over responsibilities and working with minimal supervision
• Experience in conducting trainings, preferably entrepreneurship.
• Added Advantage: Experience in building student clubs at Universities in East-Africa / was an active member of a student club like AISEC and others
