Karoli Lwanga Hospital – Nyakibale in a bid to fulfill its mission and vision hereby invites applications from suitably qualified candidates of impeccable integrity to fill the vacant position of:

Over all job Purpose:
The post holder will be responsible for dealing with all visitors /patients inquiries in relation to the hospital services focusing primarily on patient care and management. He /she shall deliver a service to meet the individual needs of all clients and whenever possible resolving enquiries at first point of contact.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, SWASA, Public Administration
• 2 Years of Experience in Customer Care service is required.

Other Requirements:
• Excellent Communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with good understanding of emotional intelligence
• Team Player with leadership qualities
• Good command in both English and Lunyakitara
• Communicating effectively with staff at all levels and patients to ensure support services
