Senior Accountant Fabrication Systems (U) Ltd

As an accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and examining financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations, and assisting in the preparation of budgets. You will work closely with the finance team and various departments to provide financial guidance and support.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification Semiqualified (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
• Proven experience as an accountant or relevant role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Financial Statements: Prepare and analyze financial statements
• (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, laws, and regulations.
• Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Tax Preparation: Prepare and file taxes accurately and on time.
• Financial Reporting: Generate reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Recommendations: Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency. Software Proficiency: Utilize accounting software proficiently and adapt to new systems as required.
