Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant should have relevant qualifications e.g Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, etc
• Three years in client service and account management
• Good problem-solving skills
• Customer-centric mindset
• Ability to understand clients’ business objectives
• Excellent communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability and experience working in a collaborative team
• Resilient enough to work awkward hours
