ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (JOB REQUIREMENTS)
• Ensure that the site operates cost effectively Check monthly costs against budget Ensure effective plantation
• Manage the stock of chemicals and materials in accordance with operational requirements •Ensure adherence to operational plans, including drainage, access roads and
• Ensure good housekeeping and safe working face to facilitate effective diacal operation Ensure adherence to all Company health and safety policies as well as legal and permit requirements
• Ensure weighbridge and she roadways are well maintained and are effective.
Supervision of staff
• Ensure all staff are corectly inducted and trained
• Manage staff timekeeping & attendance
