Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. Motivate team members to achieve project objectives and overcome challenges.
• Quality Assurance:Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to identify and address any quality issues proactively.
