Program Manager Campaigns TRAC FM International

The Program Manager for Campaigns will facilitate the planning and rolling out of campaigns, collaborating with diverse partners and ensuring that advocacy efforts are well-coordinated and content is effectively produced. This role involves coordination tasks with stakeholders for smooth campaign operations, engaging in creative content development for radio, and data handling for insightful campaign reports. The position is also about nurturing networks and representing TRAC FM in a variety of settings with the goal of making meaningful connections and strengthening TRAC FM’s reputation and networks.

Program Management
• Contribute to the development and lead the execution of program work plans.
• Align program activities with Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) objectives.
Participate in and occasionally lead weekly team meetings.
Act as point of contact for selected donor relations.

Manage campaign cycle
• Build relations with civil society, government, and academic stakeholders for each campaign
• Develop Advocacy Campaign Plans in collaboration with CSO and academic stakeholders
Organise workshops with radio staff and experts to exchange knowledge on campaign topics.
• Lead content creation for radio poll questions, data analysis and talk show scripts.
• Forge and sustain partnerships with CSOs for content creation, analysis, and guest selection.
• Supervise the team in the production of infographics and social media content.
• Inform and support telephone survey development and execution.
• Lead the collaborative process of campaign report writing.
• Set out a strategy for dissemination of campaign reports online and offline.
• Present advocacy efforts related to campaign findings in public events.

Communications:
• Develop and write compelling stories, blogs, Op-Eds, and articles that highlight the organization’s work, in collaboration with partners across different programs.
• Lead the creative direction of content to ensure a consistent, targeted, and impactful messaging across all platforms.
• Facilitate the dissemination of findings through various communication channels, including social media and traditional media outlets.

Research:
• Monitor developments in the fields of human rights and social justice to stay informed and relevant.
• Contribute to writing articles, and engage in dissemination activities related to human rights and social justice.
• Lead data analysis for radio poll results and assess trends in global and national health, human rights, and social justice.
• Support project documentation and the management of learned information, including technical writing and knowledge management.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and summaries of research findings and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.

Networking and Acquisition:
• Support development of a strategic plan towards acquisition.
• Spot and support networking, partnership and fundraising opportunities.
• Support development of concept notes for potential partners.
• Represent TRAC FM at occasional events, presentations, partnership meetings and awards.
