The Opportunity: The DTC Associate plays a pivotal role in managing the DTC sales channel for the company. This position involves managing the entire process of developing sales strategies, selling products or services directly to customers; walk-in customers, inbound and outbound telesales, order processing, dispatch, managing warranty and returns and customer relationship system management (CRM). Additionally, the DTC Associate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, collaborating with the central content team to create relevant content to engage with key audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement DTC Sales Strategies:
• Develop comprehensive DTC sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability through direct sales channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Manage E-commerce Platforms:
• Oversee the company’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring they are optimized for maximum sales and customer engagement.
• Regularly monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates, implementing improvements as needed.
• Coordinate with the IT team to address any technical issues and ensure smooth functioning of online sales channels.
Analyze Sales Data:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of DTC strategies and initiatives.
• Generate insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
• Coordinate with cross border teams to analyze sales performance and strategies, and track monthly progress.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key findings to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with Production and Logistics Teams:
• Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery to customers.
• Anticipate and address potential supply chain issues to minimize disruptions to the sales process.
• Maintain open lines of communication to facilitate smooth coordination between departments.
Ensure Seamless Customer Experience:
• Focus on delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Handle returns and exchanges in alignment with the company’s policies.
• Collaborate closely with the customer service team to address warranty and return concerns. Report these issues to cross-functional teams for ongoing support and feedback.
Manage Social Media Accounts:
• Take ownership of the company’s social media accounts for the country, including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Collaborate with the central content team to develop and curate relevant content tailored to the local market.
• Regularly post updates, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in DTC (preferably in electronics and/or consumer goods), e-commerce management, and social media marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and social media management tools.
• Competence in CRM applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge and staying abreast of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
