Responsibilities
• High-Level Resource Planning: Develop and execute strategic resource planning, ensuring optimal allocation of talent and resources to meet organizational goals.
• Operational Procedure Development: Create, implement, and review operational procedures to streamline workflow, enhance efficiency, and maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and account managers to oversee agency KPIs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Reporting and Communication: Report directly to senior management on the operational status, challenges, and opportunities, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making.
• Time Tracking: Ensure that all employees accurately track their time to facilitate data-driven decision-making and resource allocation.
• Human Resources Support: Assist the human resources team in recruitment efforts, promote a culture that encourages top performance, and contribute to talent development initiatives.
• Change Management: Lead and support organizational transformation initiatives, adapting to industry trends and market dynamics.
• Innovation and Business Development: Identify opportunities for innovation and business growth by staying informed about industry trends and emerging market dynamics.
• Technology and Data Analytics: Leverage technology and data analytics to drive insights that enhance operational effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strategic partnerships through strong negotiation and contract management skills to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Ethical Leadership: Uphold a high level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all business dealings, serving as a role model for the organization.
