Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct cost estimation and budgeting for construction projects, including material, labor, and overhead costs.
- Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, specifications, and contract documents.
- Assist in the tendering process, including evaluating bids and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to stakeholders on cost performance and variances.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Provide expert advice on cost management strategies and value engineering solutions to optimize project costs.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying and cost consultancy.
