QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Professional Certification is a plus.
3. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
