Rushere Cooperative Savings and Credit Society Limited, a registered SACCO in Rushere Town Council, operates in the districts of Kiruhura, Kazo, Kamwenge, Ibanda, Mbarara, Sembabule, Kyegegwa, and Lyantonde. We are expanding and looking to hire qualified personnel for the following positions:

Job Summary:
• Oversee branch operations
• Manage resources and staff
• Develop and attain branch goals
• Deliver customer service
• Grow branch assets and revenues
Knowledge and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, or related field
• Minimum age of 25 years
• 3 years of experience in a related field
• Knowledge of lending procedures is an added advantage
