Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
- Conduct performance appraisals and develop employee growth plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
- Oversee the entire hiring process, from job postings and interviews to onboarding new staff.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Human Resource Manager must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management related field
- One year of relevant experience
- Should be proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
