Job Overview:
Jubilee Health Insurance Company of Uganda Limited is seeking to recruit 5 young, competent, energetic, flexible, and committed individuals for the position of Bancassurance Sales Officers. The successful candidates will report directly to the Bancassurance Manager.
Key Deliverables:
- Provide servicing and after-sales support to all Jubilee Health clients.
- Organize and coordinate morning hurdles to sensitize bank staff.
- Manage client portfolios to ensure high persistency rates.
- Prospect and enlist potential clients for Jubilee Health Insurance.
- Serve as a liaison between Jubilee Health Insurance and clients for policy-related communications.
- Provide guidelines to ensure business retention and growth.
- Regularly report to management on key action areas in your work.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on marketing activities and their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Retail Sales Manager on overall business acquisition strategies.
- Distribute information to various branches.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in sales.
- Experience in managing a team is preferred.
Remuneration:
Bancassurance Sales Officers will receive a monthly retainer along with commission payments for sales closed. JHICU also offers competitive reward schemes in addition to commissions.
