Main Purpose:
Reporting , analytics and monitoring of Network quality and performance metrics.
Main Job Functions:
• Proactive monitoring and trending of KPIs with professional interpretation that will enable network performance improvement.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive analytics that allow raw data to be transformed into business insights
Driving end to end Network strategy initiatives to achieve Business Objectives.
Designing and implementing Network KPI improvement initatives to improve User experience.
• Ensuring data accuracy and consistent routine and on-demand reporting on network quality and performance to internal and external, executive OPS review and board.
• Improve customer experience through Benchmarking drive tests to develop initiatives to improve Network Quality
• Develop reporting systems and dashboards to help with regular monitoring of network performance metrics
• Work with customer experience teams to improve cutomer experience through clear incident management
• Regular report preparation of network performance and presentation to a wide spectrum of stakeholders.
• Form part of the change management board to manage network changes and post implementation and performance monitoring
Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity and scalability.
Collaboration: Refers to formal and informal relationships
• Direct reports: Manager Network Quality and Performance Management.
• Matrix reports: Peers in Network Group, Capital Projects, Business Intelligence.
• Key Customers: Network Group,Marketing,Finance,Sales,MS ZTE,Customer Services,IT,UCC
• Key Suppliers & Relations: HUAWEI,ZTE,ERICSSON,ATC
Education
• BSc Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering,
Work Experience
• A minimum of five years in Network/Service Planning or Network operations.
Training:
• Advanced Telecomunications and latest network technologies
• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Software (MS Excel, MS Project, MS Work, MS Power Point, Sharepoint etc)
• A clear understanding of Drive test technologies and log
• Proficiency in Network KPIs
• Data analytics and visualization
Knowledge:
