Job Summary:   We are looking for a Company Assistant to join our team and support daily business operations efficiently.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management.
  • Manage company correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Organize meetings, schedules, and maintain records.
  • Assist in handling office supplies and procurement.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative or office management roles is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
