Job Title: Manager, Women Banking (Elevate Banking)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Business and Financial Performance
- Execute the effective implementation of the Elevate program.
- Utilize the customer segmentation to drive growth and sustainability of financials and revenues.
- Agree individual annual and monthly targets with all stakeholders/ direct reports.
- Prepare and deliver on approved budgets.
- Identify and initiate business development activities to achieve the set targets.
- Build and maintain productive relationships across units to support the delivery of the Unit’s goals.
- Specially focus on increased cross sell through efficient partnership with SME, Local Corporate, Public Sector, and other stakeholders
- Ensure all due incomes are duly booked and correctly recorded.
- Conduct regular Business performance and profitability reviews.
- Ensure that Management report for the Group is timely and qualitatively prepared.
Client Centricity
- Drive partnering with Women Business Associations in country to build scale in terms of customer acquisition and product utilization/transaction volumes.
- Delivery of non-financial services i.e., financial education, networking etc.
- Push onboarding onto digital platforms and utilization
- Drive excellent customer experience and ensure competitive solutions and products are consistently delivered.
- Establish and sustain a customer-centric business culture, leveraging on people and technology. Ensure high customer satisfaction as measured and monitored through Customer feedback surveys.
Leadership and People Management
- Working with Ecobank Academy, design and implement Ellevate Training.
- Inspire, motivate, and guide team members.
- Foster an environment of collaboration.
- Set, monitor, provide and reinforce overall team performance feedback, including performance improvement.
Process, Control and Operational Performance
- Ensure marketing strategies for the Ellevate Desk are implemented.
- Ensure there is a strong internal control system in place and monitor its adequacy and effectiveness.
- Ensure operational risk is well managed.
Strategic initiatives
- Portfolio growth to at least 50%
- Effective implementation and positioning the Elevate program as flagship in the country.
- Champion the Ellevate program
- Networking through the setting up and managing the Elevate Emerald Club, should be very active. Development of content for this club with support from Group CMB.
- Lead strategic initiatives that will create business growth for Ellevate Desk.
- Contribution to the annual Ellevate Awards Program.
