Job Title: Construction Manager

Job Summary: The Construction Manager will be tasked with overseeing the execution of a large-scale development project and managing all on-site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery in line with project goals and specifications of The Aga Khan University in Uganda, including The Aga Khan University Hospital.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction management, preferably on hospital or complex projects.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
