Customer Care Representative / Receptionist to join our team!
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Schedule appointments and manage front desk calendars
- Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in an orderly condition
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and emails
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher is a plus)
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with phone/email systems
- Friendly, professional appearance and demeanour
- Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
