Albinism Umbrella employs a community-based approach in achieving her objectives by promoting active participation of Persons with Albinism for instance empowering young women and parents of persons with Albinism. Albinism Umbrella through various stakeholders, advocates and lobbies for an enabling environment for Persons with Albinism to thrive.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Social Development Studies, Human Rights, Administration, Law or any related field.
- A postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management, or Monitoring and Evaluation and or Human Rights and Ethics is an added advantage.
Industry Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management preferably in disability rights, community development, or human rights-based approaches.
- Knowledge of international and National human rights frameworks and disability inclusive development principles.
- Experience working with OPDs, CSOs, or local government structures.
