Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers to collect outstanding debts.
- Negotiating payment plans.
- Identify Customers needs.
- Answer Questions and Solve problems.
- Remind customers on upcoming and Missed payments through calls and SMS
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- At least 1 year experience in call center and debt collections.
- General computer knowledge
- At least a diploma certification from a recognizable institution
- Kampala based
