Job Summary: As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and representing the brand at industry events. You’ll work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to achieve ambitious targets and elevate our market position.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute sales plans and initiatives to meet revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts and event clients.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to promote the hotel.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with operational teams (Front Office, F&B, Events) to align sales efforts with service delivery.
- Utilize CRM and PMS systems to track leads, conversions, and client feedback.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Experience: 3+ years in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel operations (Front Office, F&B, Events).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality software (e.g., PMS, CRM).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
