Ambulance Services. (Air and surface medical evacuation, first aid training, occupational health, general consultancy, general waste disposal/management, home based care).
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Medical Supplies Sales Officer with a strong background in the medical field, whether it be in equipment or pharmaceutical sales. This position offers the right person an opportunity to align with company goals and secure a vital role in our growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales management and the ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve outstanding results.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals and objectives.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals successfully.
- Provide ongoing training, support, and development opportunities to the supplies team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the medical field or a similar industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Knowledge of account management, business development, and technical sales principles.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
