About Organisation:
The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) is a statutory body, established in 1996 by the Capital Markets Authority Act (Cap 84) as amended, to promote, develop and regulate the capital markets industry. CMA is governed by a Board of Directors appointed by the Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development. The work of the CMA is also governed by the Securities Central Depositories Act, 2009 and the Collective Investment Schemes Act, 2003.
Job Summary: CMA is seeking a graduate to join its graduate trainee program in our Information Technology Unit.
The candidates selected for the graduate trainee program will gain valuable experience in the areas of enterprise Information Technology (IT) Management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Eligibility Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field with first class or upper second awarded in a period not exceeding two (2) years by the date of application.
- Additional Certification in the field of IT shall be an added advantage.
- No work experience is required, however the desired candidate(s) should demonstrate strong intellectual skills with the ability to comprehend technical matters pertaining to the area of training and demonstrate a high degree of social skills, self-awareness and self-motivation.
