ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Drive sell out by conversion of cash customers to credit)
2 Increase in revenue through increased credit conversions within the stores
3 Ensure effective and efficient route compliance
4 Increase of store coverage by 12 new stores per month to increase the Simu universe
5 Build sound relationships with all customers, dealers/ store owners based on mutual trust and
goodwill.
6 Provide continuous feedback as per client requirements(competitor activities, promotions, incentives,
innovations, pricing, planograms)
7 Identify training needs and escalate to trainer for action (including refreshers for stores that are
finding difficulties in maintaining sell out
8 Monitor competitor’s new innovations and Market sensing, and in-store pricing
9 Ensure all company assets are maintained according to company policy
10 Negotiate for Prime/Front Space to maximize on visibility of Watu Simu retail elements
11 Check on store capacity and stock status for appropriate Simu sell out
12 Report back on VOC in a timely manner for quick fix to be implemented
13 Follow through to ensure that personal quality and productivity standards are consistently and
accurately maintained
14 Plan and prioritize, demonstrating abilities to manage competing demands
15 Check accurate pricing, promotional pricing, competitor pricing
- Any other task assigned by management.

Activity of Dealers / POS in route plan (85% AR)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education (degree/diploma)
Minimum -Diploma in any business related field
Experience Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and Marketing and 1 years of experience working with a credit /fin tech company
