Job Summary: This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Officer located in Kampala. The Administrative Officer will be responsible for general administration tasks, providing administrative assistance, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining organization within the office. Day-to-day tasks include managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and coordinating office activities. The role requires effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Organization Skills
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is a plus
- Prior experience in an administrative role is beneficial
