Job Summary: The External Sales Representative will be responsible to drive people in the Lapaire branch through field actions.
This person reports to the Field Sales Executive.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: His/her job will be composed of 3 main responsibilities:
- Promote Lapaire’s products and services
- Inform & Educate potential customers about Lapaire’s services (free eye tests and quality, affordable stylish glasses).
- Increase brand awareness in the field by actively engaging with communities.
- Represent the Lapaire brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Drive eye tests and meet targets
- Approach individuals, explain the benefits of doing an eye test, and convince them to take an eye test in our branch.
- Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum qualification of high school diploma
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Knowledge of the local area, language and culture
- Personal skills to be successful in this job
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Takes rejection as a challenge
- Not afraid of the sun and dust
- Energetic and confident personality
- Ability to stand and engage with people for long hours
- Ambitious and self-driven. Always willing to go beyond your targets and keep growing
- You naturally connect to any type of people, making communication very easy.
