The Company was registered on 16th November, 2016 and actual operations started in July, 2018. The Main Office is on Plot 15A, Rhino Camp Road, Arua City. The Company operates in Uganda and across the East African Region. Current branches are in Adjumani, Yumbe, Paidha-Zombo, Bweyale-Kiryandongo, Sambia-Arua and Container Village Kampala.

We are looking for a dependable and experienced driver who thrives in dynamic environments. This role demands both discipline and adaptability—you’ll need to think on your feet and handle field logistics with confidence. To succeed, you must be proactive, safety-conscious, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely drive staff and goods to assigned destinations as directed.
- Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition at all times
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly.
- Maintain a vehicle logbook with accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, destinations, and service schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and internal transport guidelines.
- Assist with loading and offloading of agricultural inputs and other goods as required.
- Support field logistics and deliveries, especially in rural or hard-to-reach areas.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Valid Ugandan driving permit (Class B, CM, DL or above).
- At least 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably with NGOs, agribusinesses, or logistics companies.
- Fluent in English and local languages used in West Nile.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
- Nice to have

- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently, including upcountry and cross-border trips if necessary
