- Manage daily operations of the parts and service departments, ensuring coordination between teams, timely service delivery, and optimal parts availability.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by resolving escalated complaints, maintaining service quality, and fostering long-term relationships with fleet and retail clients.
- Lead and develop the after-sales team by supervising staff, conducting training programs, and monitoring performance against defined KPIs.
- Oversee parts inventory and procurement based on demand, minimize wastage, and collaborate with finance to manage departmental budgets effectively.
- Ensure all after-sales operations comply with manufacturer standards, manage warranty processes, and uphold safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in after-sales management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
