Job Title:   Personal Assistant Role for a Content Creator and Influencer

FIG Consult Limited is a leading Human Resource Consultancy. They are recruiting on behalf of a valuable client.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creative ideas for topics and scripts and adverts for YouTube and Instagram. Keeping social pages engaged with ideas. (But not to run them)
• Scheduling tasks and managing calendar
• Being available support with capturing BTS in meetings, shoot days, events , vlogs
• Run errands for me
• Call and schedule meetings with prospective clients
• Proposal, contract and proposal writing using apps like Canva, word etc
• Identify brands we can work with and strategically reach out to them with my support
• Manage work line and receive payments
• Any other work assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant should hold relevant qualifications
• Skills in using Canva and Word
• Good proposal writing skills
• Excellent organizational skills and abilities
• Teachable
• Capable and creative
• Fears the Lord
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Available, mature in mind with not many commitments.
• Proactive (doesn’t have to wait for instructions to do things) and has attention to detail
• Understands authority and is responsive
