Roofings Group is the leading manufacturer of quality steel and plastic building products in East Africa.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop a Certified Influencer Pool (like Dealers, Contractors, Architects, QS, Civil/Structural engineers etc. through whom Roofings Group products can be marketed and sold.
Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain Roofings Group products or services to customers.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up after initial contact, secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, complete sales, and arrange deliveries.
Develop and manage new building solutions sales within existing and new channels ensuring delivery of monthly volume targets for the steel building solutions.
Help customers by recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery.
Solicit and log client feedback and evaluate the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
Prepare weekly/monthly report on project pipeline/inquiry status/won order/lost orders analysis etc.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil /Structural & Architectural Engineering.
Experience in sales and marketing.
Must be able to speak Chinese language.
Three years of relevant working experience in project sales of industrial products/solutions, Structural Steel, Roofing & allied building component.
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
Ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
