East African Packaging Solutions Limited is part of the Madhvani Group of Companies situated at the new Nile Bridge Njeru Municipality and the leading Manufacturer of corrugated carton boxes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Second In-charge of RM store and work under the RM store In-charge.
Assist the RM store In-charge for day to day work.
Fully responsible for paper issue on daily basis against the specific job card.
Taking care for all the new reels /paper entered by subordinate employee with in 24hrs. So production can use the same whenever needed.
Taking care for all the other Auxiliary Material, ink, packing materials etc. and enter same in ERP as soon as it is received and approved by the QC.
Responsible for daily issue and ensuring that both physical and ERP stock match with each other at any given point of time for the above- mentioned materials.
Reports to the RM-In-charge in case of any discrepancies and hurdle while performing duty.
Responsible for timely release of job card(s) for updating the FGs in time.
Responsible for maintaining Daily Excel sheet for reconciliation of paper stock as per ERP and Excel (physical) reel wise.
Adopt and implement QMS ISO 9001:2015 procedure for purchase requisition, verification of purchased products, and storage of raw materials.
Any other task provided by Department head.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Applicants should be holding a diploma or degree in Stores Management or Procurement & logistic supplies.
Three to five years of experience in a similar working field of an Industrial Setting.
Remuneration: Attractive salary package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
