Major Activities/Tasks:
• Achieve the annual sales targets.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Sales team.
• Responsible for effective product launches in the market.
• Ensure streamlined implementation of the customer relationship initiatives to strengthen company market share.
• Lead the implementation of marketing and sales campaigns to get the desired outcome. 6. Monitor and report sales performance as per market segments.
• Identify emerging markets and undertake and report competitor analysis.
• Regularly review and share stakeholders reports.
• Conduct CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) programs in the market.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales reports to management.
Qualification:
• Bachelors’ degree in relevant field.
• A professional qualification in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
Work Experience:
• 5+ years in field sales more preferably in a pharmaceutical industry.
• Prior experience in supervising a sales team.
Skills/Other Personal Attributes Required:
• Direct sales management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability in business acumen.
• Computer knowledge (proficiency in MS office).
• Self-starter, flexible and able to work well under pressure.
• High-level of integrity.
